Wouldn’t you know that the 1,332nd career win of Don Nelson’s legendary coaching career would have a wild finish.

Leading in the waning moments of the game, Sonny Weems stole the ball from Ronny Turiaf on the inbounds and threw the ball to Chris Bosh, who missed the short layup and the Golden State Warriors hung on to defeat the Toronto Raptors 113-112 at the Air Canada Centre.

Bosh, who scored 42 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the loss was unable to hit the easy layup, and the Warriors escaped with a one-point victory.

With the victory, Don Nelson tied Lenny Wilkens for the most wins by a head coach in NBA history and can break the record on Tuesday night, as they head to Washington D.C., to face the Wizards at the Verizon Center.

Corey Maggette scored 31 points, and Stephen Curry added 29 points and dished off 12 assists for the Warriors, who played without Monta Ellis, who is not on the trip due to an illness.

Anthony Morrow scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds ,and Anthony Tolliver scored 12 points before fouling out.

This was the first time that the Warriors have won back-to-back since accomplishing the feat on January 6 and 8.
