If the Golden State Warriors want to make it back to the NBA Playoffs for the second straight season, they need to beat teams in front of them.

One of those teams is the defending World Champion San Antonio Spurs, who were the Warriors opponents on Tuesday night at AT&T Center.

Tony Parker scored 26 points, as the Spurs defeated the Warriors 116-92, for their eighth consecutive victory.

Tim Duncan scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, while Manu Ginobli added 16.

Baron Davis scored 19 points, and Monta Ellis added 14, who now head to Dallas to face the Mavericks on Wednesday night.
