It was definitely not the game that the Golden State Warriors wanted to start their brief two-game road trip.
Kelvin Martin scored 34 points, while Ron Artest added 26 and the Sacramento Kings defeated the Warriors 122-105 at Arco Arena.
With the victory, the Kings snapped their three-game losing streak, and also picked their first win of the season over their Northern California rivals.
Mikki Moore chipped in 19 points and 10 rebounds, who nearly lost a 23-point lead that build in the fourth quarter.
Actually, the Warriors cut the Kings lead to six points; however the Kings then went on a 15-4 run to end the game.
Baron Davis scored 24 points and dished off eight assists, as the Warriors lost for just the third time in their last 11 games.
Monta Ellis scored 11 points on 3-for-9 shooting.
