Dwayne Wade does not have to prove anyone that he is one of the best players in the NBA, but once again he scorched the Golden State Warriors.
Wade scored 35 points and dished off 12 assists, as the Miami Heat stopped their four-game losing streak with a 110-106 over the Warriors at the American Airlines Arena.
Both Andris Biedrins and Monta Ellis will not be on this five-game road trip, as they are nursing various injuries.
Biedrins is nursing a strained right groin muscle, and Ellis is nursing a sore back.
Due to the fact that the Warriors are shorthanded, the NBA allowed the Warriors to sign another player from NBDL, as they signed Reggie Williams, who played his college ball at Virginia Military Institute (VMI).
In his first NBA game, Williams scored 10 points in nearly 20 minutes of action off the bench for a depleted Warriors team, as they begin a five-game road trip.
Anthony Morrow scored 24 points for the Warriors, while C.J. Watson added 20 and Stephen Curry chipped in with 18.
Quentin Richardson scored 15, but it was Richardson’s two three-pointers late in the game that propelled the Heat to a season sweep of the Warriors.
