Playing three players who were playing in the NBA’S Developmental League these three players are in Oracle Arena instead of smaller arenas.
Monta Ellis scored 36 points, dished off eight assists and grabbed five rebounds, as the Golden State Warriors stopped their three-game losing streak with a 114-97 over the Chicago Bulls at Oracle Arena.
Chicago native Corey Maggette scored 32 points, his third game over 30 points in his past four games and fifth of the season.
Those three D-League players, Chris Hunter, Cartier Martin and Anthony Tolliver are helping the Warriors stay on pace to give head coach Don Nelson the most wins by any coach in NBA history, as the 69-year old Nelson moves within 13 wins of passing the all-time leader Lenny Wilkens for the most wins in league history.
Stephen Curry added 26 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished off six assists, as the Warriors stopped the Bulls four-game winning streak in a matinee game.
