I wouldn't say that the Warriors aren't definitely going to the post season and even if the Warriors had a good season they still aren't guaranteed to make post season. But looking at them right now they're 4.5 games out of first in the Pacific Division.

Some of the other teams are doing well like the Lakers, Trail Blazers, Rockets, and Utah all these teams are playing up to the level that we expected them to and at anytime they could turn it around so the Warriors have a tough road ahead and they are most certainly an entertaining team.

Very few people would doubt that Baron Davis is one of the few great point guards in the league. He's not quite up there with Steve Nash or Chris Paul he's probably on the next level as a point guard Darren Williams of Utah and Jason Kidd.

Davis is one of the players who can not only make the big assist in a game but can take the big shots when it comes down to the end of the game Davis is one of the best and although it's not certain that he'll make the All-Star game he is certainly playing like an All-Star. If Davis never makes it he's certainly one person who deserves to go and represent the Warriors.

Look for Jax: The other guy whose been a big help for Golden State is Stephen Jackson and whoever thought that his coming over in the trade for Dunleavy and Murphy would be so critical but this guy has been a real revelation.

For anyone's who has followed basketball it's not a surprise that Jackson coming over is a good player but he's always been pretty good. He had a good run with the Spurs, he was a great three point shooter an excellent bomber in Indiana. Jackson developed into an excellent defensive player a stopper really and probably is the key defensive guy on the Warriors.

Jackson can pretty much guard anyone from power forward to the point guard and Jackson's been known to help out on center every now and then. Jackson helps the Warriors where is really doesn't have to. A lot of people were scared that his involvement in the melee a couple of years ago in Auburn Hills was a big red flag where they shouldn't have brought a guy in like that.

Jackson has come in and proved to be a perfect inspiration and after all that no one expected Jackson to come to Golden State and be leader on this team but that's what he is he's a leader he's doing a great job for the Warriors especially when you get down to a the very young team and Jackson is considered one of the elder statesmen on the Warriors.

Jackson is a guy who the younger players look up to because of his experience and he's taken on that role and done a great job and ESPN has rated Jackson the MVP of the Western Conference for the first quarter of the season.

Bottom line Jax is pretty good for Golden State.
