LaDainian Tomlinson just loves to play against teams from the San Francisco Bay Area, especially the Oakland Raiders.
Last season, Tomlinson scored four touchdowns against the San Francisco 49ers in a 49-19 romp at Candlestick Park on October 15, 2006.
Fast forward exactly 364 days, and the reigning NFL MVP did it once again, but this time to the Raiders and the San Diego Chargers made it eight straight victories over their most hated rivals with a 28-14 shellacking at Qualcomm Stadium.
Tomlinson carried the ball 24 times for 199 yards, as he past John Riggins and tied Jim Brown for fourth place on all-time rushing touchdown list.
The win was even sweeter for the Chargers head coach, as Norv Turner defeated his former employer.
In his two seasons as Raiders head coach, Turner went 9-23, before being fired after the 2005 season and was replaced by Art Shell, who lasted just one season, before being replaced by current head coach Lane Kiffin.
Thomas Howard was a bright spot for the Raiders, as the linebacker picked up his fourth interception and returned it 66 yards to the end zone to cut the Chargers lead down to 14-7.
Daunte Culpepper went 23-for-36 for 225 yards and a touchdown pass to rookie Zach Miller.
