Aaron Hill like Edwin Encarnacion the night before became a hero for the Toronto Blue Jays with one swing of the bat.

Encarnacion hit a tie-breaking home run in Friday night’s victory, and Hill equaled him on Saturday afternoon.

Hill hit a two-run home run off of Matt Cain in the bottom of the eighth inning, as the Blue Jays defeated the San Francisco Giants 3-0 at Rogers Centre.

It was a hard fought loss for Cain, who like Barry Zito the night before lost on a eighth-inning by a Blue Jays hitter and the Giants fall to 0-5 in American League ballparks this season.

Cain went 7.1 innings, allowing all three Blue Jays runs on six hits, walking two and striking out three and lost for the fifth time against six wins this season.

Shawn Camp pitched the eighth inning to pickup his second win of the season, and Kevin Gregg closed it in the ninth for his 18th save in 21 opportunities this season.
