You can stretch the Golden State Warriors losing streak to a Baker’s Dozen, or 13 straight losses by the Warriors.
The last time the Warriors won away from Oracle Arena came on January 6, when they defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.
Rudy Gay scored 25 points and O.J. Mayo added 21 and the Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Warriors 123-107 at the FedEx Forum.
Monta Ellis led the Warriors with 28 points, hitting on 12 of his 20 attempts, while Stephen Curry made his return to the court after missing the last two games with a slightly sprained left ankle and scored nine points in 25 minutes of action.
Corey Maggette scored 20 points, while C.J. Watson scored 13, Reggie Williams chipped in with 15 and Anthony Tolliver added 12 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.
The Warriors going into the locker room trailing by just five points, the Grizzlies blew the game wide open in the third quarter, as the outscored the Warriors 38-26 in the third quarter to take a commanding 107-90 lead entering the fourth and final quarter.
