If the Anaheim Angels had the Rally Monkey back during their 2002 World Series run, when they eventually defeated the San Francisco Giants in a thrilling seven-game series, maybe the Golden State Warriors should get a rally animal.

Trailing the Detroit Pistons by as many as 14 points, the Warriors came all the way and defeated the Pistons 95-88 behind 27 points from Stephen Curry.

This is the second time in the last six days that the Warriors came back from a double-digit deficit to defeat a Eastern Conference team.

Last Sunday, the Warriors came back from 19 down to defeat the Atlanta Hawks, in what included a 16-0 run at one point in the third quarter.

Anthony Tolliver scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, and C.J. Watson added 17 points in place of Monta Ellis, who was forced to miss the game due to a back injury.

Not only were the Warriors without Ellis, but to make matters even worse, the Warriors lost Andris Biedrins to a groin injury in the third quarter.

Tayshaun Prince led the Pistons with 18 points, while Rodney Stuckey added 16 for the Pistons, who saw their five-game winning streak against the Warriors come to an end.
