On a night where you playing without your best player, you are probably not going to win a tough road game.
With Monta Ellis out for the second game in a row with a sprained right ankle, the Golden State Warriors came up just short against the Sacramento Kings.
Beno Udrih scored 24 points, and rookie Tyreke Evans added 23, as the Kings defeated the Warriors 99-96 at Arco Arena.
Despite trailing at one point in the game by 21 points, the Warriors were able to cut the Kings lead down to just three; however they were not able to come all the way back for a hard fought road victory.
Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 27 points, while Cartier Martin continues to impress, as he scored 20 points and Corey Maggette added 19 on 3-for-22 shooting and the Warriors as a team shot just 31.8 percent.
