New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, left, and head coach Bill Belichick, right, talk while the team stretches during football practice at Gillette Stadium, in Foxborough, Mass., Thursday afternoon, in this Jan. 17, 2008 file photo. New England Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss (81) is seen in background. Brady walked without a protective boot on his right foot or a noticeable limp in New York on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008. The previous day, video and still photos showed him wearing the boot as he followed his girlfriend, model Gisele Bundchen, into her Manhattan residence.

I always thought that waiting two weeks for the Super Bowl is a bit too long and just too darn much. Also two weeks of waiting when were used to getting a game every week for the previews now we got to wait two weeks, this is kind of ridiculous and the amount hype that goes into this game and this week and next week is just insane.
I don't know how the players can stand it, it's just too much as far as I'm concerned how many times can you ask the back up offensive lineman what he thinks of the New York Giants offensive line.
It's just over blown and as big of an event that this is there is just so much media that people can stand. Do you know any one who watches the entire six hour pre game show of the Super Bowl?
I certainly don't, I certainly tune in around the time they start singing the national anthem and the introduction of the players and that's about it.
I don't need to watch Terry Bradshaw, Jimmy Johnson, Howie Long, and James Brown and the rest of the cuckoos nest go crazy for that long. That said this should be a very good ball game, now were already seeing a little bit of craziness because Tom Brady the quarterback for the New England Patriots was spotted around Manhattan wearing a walking boot on Wednesday and it has left a lot of people wondering how seriously injured is he?
We didn't see him come out of the game against the Chargers the other week and he didn't seem to be limping or hobbling in that one and nobody notice him getting hurt at anytime so why is Brady wearing this boot?
We really don't know yet we haven't seen any injury reports from the Patriots, but you can be sure that the New York Giants are going to be licking their chops because one of the big things that no ones really been able to do this year is hit Brady it's very easy to throw fifty touchdown passes at 4500 yards when nobody touches you.
Brady's offensive line has a lot to do with that because their amongst the best in the game but part of it is because Brady has a quick release and makes good decisions and knows what he's doing but it is also that no ones been able to put pressure on him and he's able to step up in the pocket and avoid the rush when it does come.
If Brady has a sprained ankle or an inured foot or something that just makes him just a little bit less mobile. It makes him a little less tentative on that foot which means when your looking for the Giants and their tough pass rush they're going to be a little bit excited to try and get a couple of licks in.
The New York Giants are one of the top passing teams in the NFL this year guys at defensive end, Michael Strahan, Justin Tuck, and Osi Umenyiora guys that can make Brady think twice about even stepping up and making those big throws down field.
So with Brady supporting that boot on that foot, boy it could be an interesting game but again Brady has two weeks to heal so maybe by the time the game rolls around that won't be an issue. Maybe this is some kind of mental game plan or something like that Bill Belichick is trying to pull to mess with the heads of the New York Giants.
To make them think that Brady is hurt when in fact he's not he could have put Brady up to it Belichick could have said, "wear a boot screw with everyone's head". See what happens we know that Belichick is a bit underhanded to begin with I don't see why this would be any different for the guy that people have been calling 'Bilicheat' all year long.
So we have a lot of time between now and the Super Bowl but there is certainly a lot to talk about as far as strategy is concerned but when it comes down to it this is one of the better matches that we have had in a few years and it's not every season where you get two daring competitive teams. Especially two teams that just faced off with each other a couple of weeks ago.
