With a chance to move within a game of the Kansas City Chiefs in the wild AFC West, the Oakland Raiders fell just short.

Darren McFadden tied up the game with 1:36 remaining in the fourth quarter, but after a DejI Karim 65-yard kickoff return, Maurice Jones-Drew scored on a 30-yard touchdown run and the Jacksonville Jaguars came back to defeat the Raiders 38-31.

The McFadden touchdown was his third touchdown of the day, as he scored on a 67-yard touchdown reception and a 51-yard run for a touchdown.

It was the third loss in four games for the Raiders, who are seeing their playoff hopes fade away, as they will face the Denver Broncos on December 19 at the Coliseum

This was the first time in team history that the Jaguars won a game despite 30 or more points in a game, and can clinch the AFC South with a win on December 19 and coupled with a loss by the Houston Texans, the division will be theirs.

Jason Campbell went 21-out-of-30 for 324 yards passing, before he was replaced by Kyle Boller in the second half after being injured on a helmet-to-helmet hit that negated a touchdown by the Jaguars defense.

On the afternoon, McFadden was huge, as he gained 123 yards on the ground and 86 yards through the air in the heartbreaking loss.

The Raiders were looking to tie up the game in the waning moments after the Jones-Drew touchdown, but Campbell was sacked by Jeremy Mincey.
