Green Bay, which is known as the Frozen Tundra, is where Brett Favre is ruling the day. Brett Favre could run for president and if the votes were just counting on Green Bay voters he would definitely get elected.

The Raiders are going to Green Bay and try to attack that whole Brett Favre love fest and get after Charles Woodson who used to be an Oakland Raider who has some toe issues the same kind of concerns he had in Oakland.

This team is going to go up and try to compete and try to win this game if the Raiders continue to win the games for the rest of the season there is a possibility maybe they could be a wild card in the playoffs they have some tough match ups in Green Bay with Favre playing as well as he has been obviously he's healed from his injury he's going to find a way to come out and compete against the Raiders as well as Indianapolis who are coming up after that.

The Raiders have some battles ahead but this defense if they can click properly they can make tackles if the defense can read and adjust at the right time then there's a possibility they can get some turn overs to score and Favre can be rattled if you pressure him enough.

The Raiders have to get at him and sack him and that's something that defense has to do and the defensive coordinator Rob Ryan has to be willing to take some risks he has to be willing to blitz and that's something that he hasn't been doing the last couple of games.

Actually the last two wins for Oakland there was more pressure and more man to man and more men and more men in a box but for the most part it hasn't been there so look for Rob Ryan creating some blitz packages for his defense and to be more aggressive this time around heading towards the end of the season.

The offensive unit for Oakland continues to struggle, the offensive line can't get the quarterback enough time but as we've seen with Josh McCown and Daunte Culpepper there's possibilities there to be able to connect with the receivers and throw the touchdowns and if they can get the ball out of the pocket fast enough so hopefully that'll happen for the Oakland Raiders regardless whose at center and it looks like it's going to be Daunte Culpepper if McCown can't pull through.

He's been dealing with injuries at the beginning of the season taking those hits and left out hung to dry by that offensive line of the Raiders by Robert Gallery and of course Barry "Snap Count" Sims who can't seem to figure out the snap count each game both of those guys lead the league in penalties on their offensive line.

The Raiders are looking at trying to get some time for they're quarterbacks, the ability to connect with their receivers and they have a starter in Justin Fargus the running back who didn't have an opportunity before he was out of USC and came out in 2004 so this is his fourth year with the Raiders and finally an opportunity to prove that he is the running back of the future for the Raiders.

LaMont Jordan possibly on his way out and Michael Bush he's not going to be even playing on injury reserve so Fargus is the guy he's had four games so far where he's been able to get a 100 yard games so it's possible that he can pull off a 200 yard game and head for 1000 yards for this season and he's angling for it.

Fargus is settled in he's more relaxed, he's focused tenacious he definitely wants the end zone so the Raiders have a count on him to be able to score points for that offensive unit. Other than that the special teams keep doing what their doing with of course with punter Shane Lechler whose been an outstanding punter for the Raiders and one of the best things the Raiders have going for them right now as well as Sebastien Janikowski and some guys who are making tackles on punt returns and kick offs so if the Raiders can pull off a complete game again the third week in a row then there is a possibility they can win this game.

The Raiders kick off Sunday against the Pack at 10:00 AM PST.
