Sooner or later, the Oakland Raiders will be on the winning end of last-second victories, but right now is not the time.

Just like last week, when the Raiders dropped a heartbreaker against the Kansas City Chiefs, it happened once again this week against the Tennessee Titans.

LenDale White ran for a career-high 133 yards, and Rob Bironas kicked two field goals, just one week after kicking an NFL record eight field goals against the Houston Texans and the Titans defeated the Raiders 131-9 at LP Coliseum.

Daunte Culpepper was once again leading the Raiders on a potential game-winning drive, but Culpepper was unable to hook up with Mike Williams on fourth-and-14, as the Raiders lost their third consecutive game.

Sebastian Janikowski kicked three field goals, as the Raiders led the Titans 9-3 at the half.

By kicking the three field goals, Janikowski raised his career total to 178, passing Chris Bahr for first place on the all-time Raiders list fir most field goals in team history.

Vince Young went just 6-for-14 for 42 yards, as he had his worst game since leaving the University of Texas after his junior season, when he led the Longhorns to their first National Championship since 1969, when they defeated the USC Trojans 41-38 in the BCS National Championship Game at the Rose Bowl on January 4, 2006.

The Raiders were called for a season-high 14 penalties for 100 yards.
