Since the end of the season for the Oakland Raiders is this weekend, it would be interesting to see how the Silver and Black fared in their previous 49 season finales.
While playing in the city of Oakland from 1960-1981, the Raiders went 17-5 in the first 22 season finales before Al Davis moved the team south.
Before returning to Oakland, and playing in Los Angeles, the Raiders went 7-6 in their 13 years playing in California’s largest city.
The Raiders moved back to Oakland before the 1995 season, and have not fared well in the season finale, as they are just 4-10 in 14 season finales.
In the 49 previous season finales, the Raiders have an overall record of 28-21, entering the season finale on Sunday versus the Baltimore Ravens.
