SACRAMENTO—The Sacramento Kings are a different team from last season obviously with many of the played in the series from the magical year for the Kings back in 2002 are no longer here.

The team was in transition last year the Kings are very fortunate and any winning team has to have a good GM and there's no question the Kings have a very good one in Geoff Petrie. The Kings have assembled good talent for the team how far they'll go we don't know and we don't think anybody knows because the team is really coming together there's a lot of new players on the team and right now pre season is nothing more than getting the players and putting that combination together and that's what head coach Rick Adleman is doing right now as a coach to see who plays together and how well and how well they play together who gets the minutes and who doesn't and who they're starting players are going to be.

The Kings are going to be a strong team certainly within the conference you got to look to them but obviously the team to beat would be San Antonio and again you have to keep emphasizing, and a good example would be the Phoenix Suns loosing the key player they did in Jason Kidd and you just never know what injuries are going to do and unfortunately that's part of the game. The Kings when all is said and done will be one of the strong team within the conference.

Cuttino Mobley was a good player and a good shooter when he came to Sacramento it was just for the season and he's with the Clippers now and he should help the Clippers he has that style of play will work for the Clippers better than the Kings.

The Kings really do a lot of passing and that's been their success. The Kings have several players that you have to be impressed with obviously the hold out for example Brad Miller, they're solid, the additional free agent are solid the Kings have five good players they could put out on the court and it appears their going to have to have some depth too and the other thing it appears and again its early and its hard to tell their only in pre- season games right now.

Some of the younger players that the Kings have drafted seemed to have come along well so we think as a whole the Kings strength lies not with one or two players but with the team itself.
