Sportstalk: The Michigan Wolverines 6-0 (2-0) are set for battle this Saturday against Michigan State 4-1 (1-0) Wolverines starting quarterback Denard Robinson threw for three interceptions against Northwestern last Saturday but settled down and helped get the Wolves a big win 42-24 Robinson threw for two touchdowns, 337 yards, and 17 completions. Do you see Robinson having that same control and finesse in the game against Michigan State this Saturday?

Denard Robinson is really not a QB, and if he is lucky enough to make it to the NFL he will be switched to a wide receiver and/or a kick returner. He's not good at throwing the ball and that was made very apparent against Northwestern. I think Michigan will win because neither team will be playing defense, and both offenses will be wide open. Robinson just needs to manage the game and use his feet when needed. Plus, THEY ARE PLAING IN THE BIG HOUSE!!!!!!! Michigan over Michigan State in a high scoring game.

Sportstalk: In the Steely Dan song Deacon Blues one line goes "They call Alabama the Crimson Tide"6-0 (3-0) and the Crimson are coming loaded this Saturday to face Mississippi 2-3 (0-2) Alabama beat Vanderbilt 34-0 and the Tide's quarterback AJ McCarron threw for 237 yards, four touchdown passes, and completed 23 passes. What do you see for the outcome of the Alabama-Mississippi match this Saturday?

Roll Tide Roll! Alabama will win the game because they are the better team and because Ole Miss has suspended four starters for breaking team rules. The suspended players including starting running back Brandon Bolden and center, A.J. Hawkins. This is the time of the season that teams cannot afford to loose games if they want to be in contention for the better bowl games; and to loose starters the week you play the University of Alabama is just an act of self sabotage.

Sportstalk: Look out for West Virginia they're rolling 5-1 (1-0), they have a bye this Saturday but play Syracuse 4-2 (0-1) on the 21st. West Virginia ranked #13 in the AP Poll and are one of the most potent offenses with quarterback Geno Smith throwing last Saturday for 450 yards, 27 completions, and four touchdowns. Would you venture to say that West Virginia will have a successful offensive day when they face Syracuse?

West Virginia can definitely run the table in The Big East. It will be a tough go in the Carrier Dome, but the Mountaineers will be victorious. But please note the that WVU's only true test came when they played LSU and that resulted in a 47-21 loss.

Final Thoughts:

1. TCU chooses to join the Big 12. Who didn't see this coming. It was the more logical choice for the Horned Frogs. It will allow them to renew their rivalry with Baylor. Now if the Big 12 were smart they would try to get Boise State to join also. As for Missouri going to the SEC . . . are you crazy!!! You haven't been relevant in the Big 12, so why go be a doormat in the SEC.

2. How many of you are sick of the hearing Rex Ryan talking about a Super Bowl he is not close to attending. You've been talking for the past three and you are no closer now, then you were then. Rex stop talking, Santonio stop talking, and Sanchez please say no the next time someone asks you to take less than masculine pictures. Oh yeah and stop talking.

3. The first two weeks of the NBA season has been cancelled. I'm already not happy, but I'm going to be more unhappy once football season is over. If more than half of the season is cancelled like ten years ago I will not be happy. LaBron stop tweeting. Your time to speak was during the NBA Finals and you became invisible in the 4th quarter. If you're going to talk, be the voice of the players union. Let the players who don't get 14 million dollars a year to play know that you care about someone else's well being.
