WWE owner Vince McMahon is considering litigating against Denver Nuggets owners Korenke Sports for bumping them out of the Pepsi Center for Monday night's game four contest of the NBA Western Conference Finals.

The WWE were schedule to wrestle there and had booked the date for Monday May 22nd back on August 15th with Korenke but Nuggets spokesman Paul Andrews said that the team is trying to reschedule or move the WWE event to another venue in downtown Denver in an amicable way.

Robert Zimmerman WWE Spokesman said the sold out WWE event had moved over 10,000 tickets going at $20-$70 a piece. NBA Sr.Vice President Mike Bass said that the league is trying to work out a happy compromise with the WWE, "The Nuggets and the WWE understand that the date of game four of the western conference finals can not be changed. We are confident that the Pepsi Center and the WWE will resolve their scheduling conflict."

McMahon while he is considering litigation said he plans to show up on Monday the 22nd but he is pretty much has surrendered to the idea that the WWE will be bumped for that night. The USA Network was also scheduled to televise the match that night. The other option out of this for the WWE is to schedule the match the night before game four on Sunday or the night after on Tuesday and charge the Nuggets for all the TV-Radio-newsprint and on line publicity to let the public know of the scheduling change.

Lakers and Nuggets to tip off: The Lakers are defending the home turf opening up this series in L.A. Laker Head Coach Phil Jackson is now a good 14-7 in game sevens at home and that's why you bust your butt to have the best record in the league in the regular season and you can have those kinds of games and he Lakers knew what to do when they got there.

They took the lead early and put the foot on the Rockets in the third and fourth quarters. It was really never an issue and it was never a doubt about the out come by any means.

Cavs and Magic: I thought when the Magic choked away the 14 point lead they had in the third in game five against the Celts I thought they were dead. I thought that's the way it was going to be even if they got to game seven but here they were shooting 50% from the floor, 60% for three pointers, and now their in the East Finals for the first time.

You know when you have to choose which player on the Magic you like to give a team MVP to you could easily say Dwight Howard but the Turkish flash Hedo Turkoglu and here's a guy who was once a Sacramento King way back when and he's from Paradise in Orlando and he's got another shot at least getting in the finals.

He was lighting them up on Sunday night against the Celts. The Magic collectively were 11-18 at one stretch in terms of making threes but now when you got to make them his hands are so good you know your going to win. Especially if your shooting that good and the Magic proved that.

Cleveland has won eight consecutive games, they swept Detroit which was expected thank you Pistons management for dumping Chancey Billups and they do the same thing to Atlanta and here I thought Atlanta would win at least one. Now with Orlando an entirely different animal Boston and Orlando played with the class of the east collectively.

I thought that Orlando could have had a good shot at this and it could have easily been Boston in the East now here they are the Magic in the Conference Finals with Orlando you just can't put it past them.

You heard it here first the Cavs will not sweep this series that's bottom line that part of it right now. The Cavs won't sweep but Orlando will at least extend the Cavs with Cleveland having the home court and the Cavs have been good on their home court all year and LaBron is on a mission pure and simple.

Wings and Hawks NHL West Finals: It's an all division party and here they are now and the big factor that didn't help the Hawks on Sunday's game in game one the Hawks who scored first here they were having to play from ahead and they didn't handle it well and now it's going to be that kind of a series where if Chicago youthes can out muscle Detroit and their very experienced they could pull off a stutter but at this point veteran players win every time look for Hockeytown to be back in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Eastern Finals Canes and the Pens: Who would have every thought that the Carolina Hurricanes who handled Boston the way they did had the 3-1 lead and here they gave it all back and then of all people Scott Walker decided "I'm going to punch (the Canes) Darren Woods lights out" while he wasn't looking at the end of game five and gets suspended.

Here he is in game seven gets the shot and has the rebound hold on the winner off Tim Thomas who should have muffed that thing in the last 1:30 of the overtime and that's why the Canes are where they are. Poetic justice absolute great achievement.
