Michelle Touson: Extra final thought

This past Friday I was watching one of my favorite shows on ESPN Pardon the Interruption with Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon. In their "5 Good Minutes" portion of the show they interview University of Tennessee Men's Basketball Coach, Bruce Pearl. They discussed Pearl's new contract with UT. When explaining his new contract Pearl said he was just looking for some more job security. He said "It's not like I'm a tenured professor who can keep their job even if I wasn't a very good instructor."

To Bruce Pearl I would like to say "HOW DARE YOU!!!" YOU OVER PAID CRY BABY!! Professors work twice as hard as you and make less money. And for your information a tenured professor can loose their job, and they don't have a golden parachute to catch their fall. Thanks for insulting the very people who you ask to support you and your players. You owe every instructor at UT and every college campus across the country an apology for your ridiculous comments. You just made going to class a lot more difficult for all student athletes at UT.
