Sportstalk: UConn hasn't lost yet 35-0 (16-0) as they march to history and face Iowa St. on Sunday at the Dayton Regional Semifinals. After winning their 74th straight game against Temple who might as well not have even shown up losing 90-36 the Huskies face Iowa St. Do you see a huge difference in this match up and what chances does Iowa have?

Iowa St. has as much chance as anyone else. I applaud what UConn is doing, but until they win the final game all they have done is win a lot of games. The only game that matters is the National Title Game. I hope they stay focused cause it won't get any easier as they move forward. The Huskies have more pressure on them to win than any of their opponents.

Sportstalk: The Cardinal 33-1 (18-0) faced Georgia in the Sacramento Region. Great year for coach Tara VanDerveer and Jayne Appel who have been a force in putting it together for the Cardinal. It'll be a year they'll never forget no matter how you look at it. Michelle talk a little about how impressive Stanford has been in post season and one more lighter note the shorter commute for Stanford to Sacramento than it was for Georgia?

This has been a great season for Stanford considering how young the team is. This Cardinal team has as much chance as anyone else to dethrone UConn. It does help Stanford that they are playing so close to home, but hometown crowds are not playing the game. It will take good offense and defense for 40 minutes to move on to the final four.

Sportstalk: Michelle you could hear the heartbreak from coast to coast when St.Mary's 28-6 (11-3) (10) lost a tough one to third seeded Baylor on Friday night by a huge margin 72-49. Gaels Head coach Randy Bennett said that St.Mary's didn't want to go out that way but Baylor just came in and played a lot of offense and it was difficult to shut that team down. Michelle the best way to look at it St.Mary's went as far as they could and it was quite an achievement in of itself to get that far?

St. Mary's went further than they were supposed to go, so be happy and work harder next year.

Final Thoughts:

1. Tiger Woods will be playing at The Masters. I'm so sick of hearing about Woods. He only got caught doing what many men and women who have power and privilege do. Let it go and let Tiger get back to playing golf.

2. Gilbert Arenas got 30 days at a halfway house and 2 years probation for bringing guns to work and brandishing them on a co-worker. What a pile of the hot and steamy. Arenas should have to spend at least six months in jail for his actions. With all the clamor about he showed no remorse or contrition about his actions and all he gets is thirty days at sleep-a-way camp and two years probation and probably some lame community service. HELLO, HE BROUGHT MULTIPLE GUNS TO WORK AND STORED THEM IN HIS LOCKER! Remember this the next time workplace violence happens somewhere in the US. I have no issue with a person protecting their family and their property, but this was not the case.

3. March Madness has truly lived up to it's name. Who'd a thunk that Northern Iowa, St. Mary's, and Cornell would be the teams to slay the giants. Good work gentlemen, good work.
