1. USF's former head coach Jessie Evan's attorney Dan Siegel said that if the University had any proof of "NCAA secondary violations" please prove them now. USF Attorney Michael Vartain said that the University wants to exit the relationship and said, "if the coach wants to ramp it up, we'll demonstrate just cause." Meanwhile Debra Mann-Gore USF Athletic director who fired Evans was intrusive with the USF players spreading ill will about Evans according video film coordinator Rick Fernando. Fernando said she badmouthed the program to Jay Watkins who is now at the college of Idaho. The Alumnus has said they will start pulling out of the program for donations for next season. Things have got so bad at the University talk has been about canceling the program until the basketball program can get it's house in order. Michelle in short is this one of the worst soap operas you've seen at USF and how far do you see it setting back the University?

I don't know if this is the worst thing that has ever happened to USF athletics, but just be happy that you don't get a death penalty like SMU did in the 1980's. Sound like the University needs to clean house from top to bottom. I would say there is a definite lack of institutional control.

2. The Cal Women's team took a hard loss last Monday night to the Stanford Cardinal at HP Pavilion in the Pac 10 Tournament in one of the toughest lopsided loses of the year for the Bears. After such a great year were you surprised to see Cal lose the way they did to be one and done?

No I am not surprised, THEY PLAYED STANFORD!! This really doesn't matter. All that matter is that they get a good seeding next Monday. Let Stanford win the Pac-10. Cal wants to win the NCAA championship.

3. The Cal Men as you've been saying all along after playing out of conference had a long year once they met up with the Pac 10 teams. The Bears closed out the season with Washington at the Pac 10 tournament at Staples Center on Wednesday night. What few words would you like to say about the Bears season and the future of head coach Ben Braun to close out the Golden Bears season?

They did better than I expected, but let's be real, they were not a good team. Although they had a few good wins, they were not a good team.

Final Thoughts:

1. John Daly get dismissed from the Arnold Palmer Pro-Am for showing up late for his tee time. When will the PGA make this man deal with his addictions? If this were the NBA and John Daily were a black man, he would have been suspended. The PGA just ignores Daily, and treats him like the uncle that embarrasses you at the family picnic. Daily has a substance abuse problem. Make him deal with it before innocent people get hurt.

2. The Houston Rockets are on a twenty game win streak, and tied with the Spurs for second place in the Western Conference. This is truely and exciting time in the West. Lose two or three games and a team could be fighting to just get into the playoffs. Now that is what I call NBA Excitement.

3. March Madness officially kicks off on Sunday when the brackets are announced for the men; and Monday for the women. Let the games begin, and I hope you boss doesn't catch you watching the games on you computer
