Sportsradio: The Oklahoma State Cowboys 20-8 (8-6) James Anderson scored 27 points and hit all of his three pointers in four tries in helping Oklahoma State with the first loss for the Kansas Jayhawks 27-2 (13-1) in conference play 85-77. The Jayhawks lost their first game since losing to Tennessee after 13 straight victories. Michelle this win from Oklahoma State is a story in the hard effort put out by Anderson and the team for the Jayhawks they've battle all year long but the Cowboys were too much for them on Saturday?

So what's the question? You said it was big effort and hard work what more needs to be said? Both of these teams still need to go deep in the Big 12 Tournament in order to get a favorable seeding.

Sportsradio: Michelle after 50 years of waiting the Cal Bears can now claim victory to a Pac-10 title after clinching it on Saturday night 62-46 over Arizona at Haas Pavilion. In the end the Bears Theo Robertson said, "being out there with the fans, your team mates and the coaches, the whole confetti, cutting down the nets, it was a crazy experience and awesome to be part of it." Michelle this was a longtime coming for the Cal a long time coming?

Talk to me at after the Pac-10 Tournament. This is all great, but let's see what seed they get.

Sportsradio: Syracuse 27-2 (14-2) dropped Villanova 23-5 (12-4) 95-77, Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim didn't care about the rankings putting Syracuse in second place. Boeheim he just wanted to enjoy the victory on Saturday night over Villanova, "It really doesn't matter where your ranked in, it really doesn't, this team has not thought about rankings all year, I told them they needed a short celebration. I'm just trying to get the players focused on the next game. The only thing anybody will remember is the NCAA Tournament, but I hope the fans enjoyed this team." Michelle it's about the moment rather than the rankings?

That game was about the moment and the victory. The game was played in the Carrier Dome to a sold out crowd. The Big East is crazy with talent and every win counts. It will be a tight race all the way through the Big East Tournament.

Final Thoughts

1. I'm TIRED of hearing about Tiger Woods and Mark McGwire!!!!

2. Today is the last day of February, which means the last day of Black History Month. Black History is American History, and it's 365 days a year. Don't limit your thinking to 28 days.

3. I am cheering for Myron Rolle, the Florida State defensive back who is a Rhodes Scholar. It seems that the NFL is not valuing this young man's education and intellect. There are some who believe that since football is not his one and only thought that he might not be a good draft choice. Wow! a person who wants to play football for 10 years and after pursue a career as a Neurosurgeon not good for the NFL?? Look at some of the IDIOTS you have wearing NFL uniforms. Look at how many have been arrested in the past year, look at how the NFL talks about education, but doesn't value Rolle's pursuit of more education. What a pack of hypocrites. Rolle is being touted as a the new hope for Black America; to me he is the new hope for America and professional sports. Good luck to Myron Rolle in all his endeavors.
