Sportstalk: Cal's 16-10 (10-5) DeNesha Stallworth and Alexis Gray-Lawson lead Cal with 19 points in the Bears 79-73 victory over the Oregon Ducks 16-10 (7-7) at Haas Pavilion. Cal head coach Joanne Boyle said that the team took a lot of little breaks to win against a skillful Oregon team?

I wish I knew what she meant by a lot of little breaks. All I know is the Stanford Women are at the top of the Pac-10 and are the team to beat. The Cal Women can make it to the tournament, but they are going to have to play consistent offense and defense to go deep. We'll see very soon what they are truly made of.

Sportstalk: Providence 15-11(6-7) was like a team walking into lioness den and were handed their heads in defeat rather handily by UConn 27-0 (13-0) on Saturday night once again Tina Charles impressed with 26 points tying a season high and teammate Maya Moore was ball accurate scoring with a second place finish with 21 points. This was the 66th straight win for UConn, what do you like about the kind of game and style the Huskies bring?

I like that they are kicking everyone's butt rather soundly. No one can say that they lost on a questionable call. Nope you got the snot beat out of you plain and simple.

Sportstalk: Stanford's 13-14 (7-8) Landry Fields does it again leading the Cardinal over visiting Oregon State 12-14 (6-8) in a ten point win 65-55 in Corvallis in a game that the Cardinal who were coming off a two game Washington school sweep. Fields scored 16 points in the game most coming in the first half with 12.

Head coach Johnny Dawkins likes what the offense did and he said all he did was put those plays together. Lastly what tools makes Landry such a good offense shooter near the paint or inside to execute?

What makes Landry a good shooter is the fact that he makes that shot. If he missed the shots he attempts than he'd suck.

Sportstalk bonus question: When you get back to the Bay Area we'll be hosting a show with you, Jeremy says be ready for some good eating and keep with the broadcast questions coming?

Not sure when that will be, but I will be looking forward to it when the time comes.

Final Thoughts:

1. Danica Patrick has made her NASCAR debut, so what. If she doesn't win it doesn't matter where she drives. I can't say that I am a fan of Patrick and her soft core porn commercials, but I hope she does well enough to shut up some the knuckleheaded nay sayers.

2. Tracy McGrady is now a New York Knick who cares. I lost a lot of respect for McGrady when he quit on the Rockets. He hasn't been healthy a full year since he entered the league, so he has a lot to prove to me and the NYK fans that he's worthy of wearing the uniform.

3. Tiger Woods stop having non-press conferences. And for all of Tiger's mistresses get a life. He owes you nothing. You were the mistress. You knew he was married, so you get NOTHING!!!! To the woman in Los Angeles . . . YOU WERE A PORN STAR. Tiger asked you not to work in the Porn industry not neuroscience. He did you a favor. So quit getting in front of television crying about how you deserve an apology cause he said he loved you. Here's a little advise for your next relationship. You always tell the mistress that you love them. That's how you keep them the mistress. You are now free to go back to your lucrative adult movie career. LOL!!
