New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is ready for Super Bowl XLII this upcoming Sunday and took some snaps in practice on Tuesday after missing practice over the weekend. Brady worked out at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe and walked with a slight limp.
Brady said he hurt his upper right ankle taking a hit in the third quarter of the AFC Championship game two Sundays ago against San Diego. Brady also ran the distance of the football field twice during practice on Tuesday and made it without much problem.
"I'm not concerned about how it's going to affect my play this won't keep me out." said Brady.
Brady was photographed a week ago Monday in front of his New York apartment with a walking boot on his right ankle felt fine and said he was ready for the big game against New York on Sunday.
"This wont keep me out of the game that ankle didn't keep me out of the game. That ankle didn't keep me out of the last game. It would have to take a hell of lot more than an ankle," said Brady.
Moss is told pay up or it's a restraining order: Long time girlfriend of 11 years Rachelle Washington told Randy Moss after the AFC Championship game that if he didn't pay up in six figures he would be facing a restraining order and payment on demand was requested by Washington before Moss left for the Super Bowl.
Moss of course refused to pay and left for practice. Washington filed the restraining order trying to ruin the Patriots name charging Moss with "battery causing serious injury".
Moss had an alleged intimate relationship with Washington, and Washington for a short time attended some of Moss' games when he was an Oakland Raider last season before coming over to the Patriots.
Moss has not been charged with any crimes and Washington attorney Darrell Thompson said that there is no concern that Moss will cause any problems as he's far from Thompson who is in Fort Lauderdale and Moss is in Tempe getting ready for Super Bowl XLII.
"He will stay completely away from her and has no desire to have contact with her. He's in Phoenix busy preparing for the Super Bowl and on a day like today his mind is elsewhere," said Thompson.
