Timber Wolves snap 16 game losing streak against struggling Kings

Al Jefferson paced six Timber-wolves in double figures with 19 points and 12 rebounds as Minnesota ended its 16-game skid by knocking off the Sacramento Kings, 108-99, at the Target Center. Corey Brewer also tallied 19 points, while Darko Milicic ended with 15 points and 10 boards, and Kevin Love contributed 12 points and 11 rebounds, as the Timberwolves broke their franchise-record tying slide, winning for the first time since February 23 at Miami. Johnny Flynn added 18 points and eight assists for Minnesota avoided what would've been a franchise-record 17Th-straight loss.
Carl Landry led all scorers with 22 points and Tyreke Evans tallied 20 points, 13 assists and seven rebounds for the Kings, who dropped their sixth straight despite converting on 9-of-14 three-pointers. Evans played in his second game after missing five contests due to a concussion...The T'wolves shot 56.1 percent.Donte Greene added 21 points off the bench for the Kings.
