Sacramento Kings head coach Paul Westphal wasn't to happy about the NBA scheduling the Kings to play an early east game on super bowl Sunday after a home game on Friday night. Westphal complained about the schedule after the Kings home defeat to the Phoenix Suns on Friday night. In the end it was the 4Th quarter that did in the Kings as they were outscored by Toronto 31-17, losing their 6Th straight game 115-104.
The Kings were lead by Kevin Martin who finished with a team high 24 points to go with 7 rebounds. Spencer Hawes had a double-double in the defeat with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Rookie Tyreke Evans played 39 minutes and finished with 11 points and 9 assists.
The Raptors were lead by all-star Chris Bosh who had a game high 34 points and 11 rebounds. Former number one overall pick Andre Bargnani chipped in with 24 points and 8 assists.
The Kings continue their three game East Coast trip with back-to-back games at New York on Tuesday and at Detroit on Wednesday before they get five days off for the NBA all-star weekend.
