Josh Owens saw little playing time last season under former head Trent Johnson; however this season it is a totally different story.

Owens scored a career-high 21 points to help lead the Stanford Cardinal to a 76-62 victory over the Colorado Buffaloes at Maples Pavilion.

Lawrence Hill scored 16 points, as the Cardinal improved to a perfect 4-0 under first-year head coach Johnny Dawkins.

Anthony Goods added 15 points, while Owens grabbed a career-high tying eight rebounds, as the Cardinal defeated the Buffaloes for the third consecutive time.
