Hill leads Cardinal to victory

Time and time again, Lawrence Hill comes to play the complete game for the Stanford Cardinal.
Hill scored 25 points, as the Cardinal defeated the Yale Bulldogs 72-61 at Maples Pavilion in their last game before Thanksgiving.
To go along with his 25 points, Hill also grabbed four rebounds, as the Cardinal improved to 5-1 on the young season.
Robin Lopez added 2 a career high 24 points, and grabbed a season-high 12 rebounds, as the Cardinal still playing without Robin’s twin brother Brook, who should be back when the Cardinal host the Santa Clara Broncos at Maples Pavilion on December 19.
Eric Flato led the Bulldogs with 22 points, as Flato was making a homecoming of sorts, as he hails from the East Bay suburb of Piedmont.
Drew Shiller missed his first free throw after making his first 13 free throws, this was also the first free throw miss for Shiller since January, 2006.
Shiller sat out last season after transferring to Stanford from the University of San Francisco.
