Landry Fields scored 12 of his 16 points in the second half Saturday, as Stanford upended Oregon State 65-55 in Pac-10 men’s basketball at Gill Coliseum in Corvallis, Ore.

Fields also had 11 rebounds, six assists and three blocked shots for the Cardinal (13-14 overall, 7-8 Pac-10), who won a second consecutive road game for the first time this season. It was the first time Stanford has earned a weekend road sweep since defeating Washington and Washington State in 2008.

Jeremy Green hit 5 of 10 3-pointers and finished with 15 points for the Cardinal, with Jack Trotter adding 11 points. Stanford outshot the Beavers 47 percent (23 of 48) to 40 percent (22 of 54) and outrebounded Oregon State 30-29.

Calvin Haynes popped in a game-high 21 points and had six rebounds for the Beavers (12-14, 6-8).

Oregon State led 20-28 at halftime, but the Cardinal shot 52 percent in the second half, including 5 of 7 from behind the 3-point arc.

The sweep concluded Stanford’s regular-season road schedule. The Cardinal return home for their final three conference games against Arizona, Arizona State next Thursday and Saturday, and California on March 6.
